Why it shows that my tracking number is invalid?
If there is a tracking number, the package has been shipped.
The package has been shipped from our warehouse. The package is then flown to the carrier's processing centre. Each carrier then picks up the package at the airport. Once they have scanned the packages, the website will update the tracking numbers.
It may take 3-5 days after delivery from our terminal to see any activity. If you arrive at the next station, please allow the courier some time to update the tracking information.
