In the absence of a price suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, this price represents the highest price at which we offered or sold the product at some point in the past. 

Despite Kwoking.com's efforts to provide accurate product and price information, price or printing errors may occur. Kwoking.com can only confirm the price of any item after ordering. If goods are listed at incorrect prices or incorrect information is provided due to incorrect prices or product information, Kwoking.com has the right to unilaterally decide to contact you to obtain instructions or cancel your order. I would like to inform you of this cancellation. Prices and supply are subject to change without prior notice.Prices stated are valid through the expiration date.
However, pricing is subject to change without notice in the event of an alteration to specifications, quantity, designs, or delivery 
schedules. Pricing is also subject to change due to changes in the cost of material, supplies, labor, clerical error, foreign or domestic legislation.

Order Acceptance

Please note that some orders may not be accepted and must be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our own discretion. For convenience, you will be charged when ordering, and your order will be shipped within the time specified on the product specific page or the time mentioned in the "Shipping Policy" section of the website. If your order cannot be mailed within 24 hours, we will use your funds as a deposit for the merchandise before the product is mailed. However, Kwoking.com does not guarantee that the product description or other contents of this website are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. If the product you purchased from us does not match the description, your only remedy is to return the unused product. We also try our best to display the color and appearance of products appearing on the website as accurately as possible. However, since the actual color you see will depend on the display, we cannot guarantee that the display of any color or surface on the display is accurate.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

For all international customers only, Kwoking assures you that when you purchase products as a consumer, any products purchased from Kwoking through its website are of satisfactory quality and reasonably suitable for all purposes for which such products are usually provided and sold. 
The instructions or examples will be followed. Kwoking's liability for any loss caused by any order from any international customer is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased and any foreseeable loss due to violation of this clause. When accepting your order, it is foreseeable that the parties can reasonably predict the loss.
Excessive inventories are not responsible for indirect losses, which are the side effects of major losses or damages. Such losses are unpredictable, including but not limited to:

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Hong Kong law as such law applies to agreements between Hong Kong residents entered into and to be performed within Hong Kong. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of this site will be subject to binding arbitration following rules established by the Hong Kong Department of Justice.
